Microsoft Security Updates for Windows 10 ESU Year 3 (2027–2028) EDU + Charity helps protect the Windows 10 operating system after its standard support ends. This genuine product provides access to critical and important security fixes, reducing the risk of malware and cyberattacks on school computers. Installation is done by downloading from the official website and requires registration with a Microsoft account. The renewable subscription covers a 12-month period and is intended for educational institutions managing compatible devices with the Windows operating system. For successful activation, the device must be running Windows 10 version 22H2 Home, Professional, Pro Education, or Workstations. The device must have updates installed, and the user must be logged in with an administrator account. The licence key cannot be used on devices in full-screen mode or managed via MDM in commercial mode. The purchased licence can be applied to multiple computers at once to facilitate mass management in school classrooms and staff rooms. One licence covers up to 10 devices connected to the same administrator account under the electronic distribution. Additional computers can be registered at any time during the subscription period, up to the final support date of 12 October 2027.
