Did you order goods in our e-shop, but for some reason you need to cancel the order? Whether you are a registered user or not, you can cancel your order on our site in just a few minutes or even seconds. In the article you will find detailed instructions on how to do it!
The My Alza account on our website has one huge advantage - it keeps a clear list of all your orders to make any cancellation or changes convenient. If you already have a user account, sign in to your My Alza Account here.
Once signed in, you'll be automatically redirected to the My Order section to see an overview of all active and settled orders.
Now, find the order you wish to change or cancel, click Details, and choose Cancel order.
Once the order is canceled, it is placed in the completed orders section in your My Alza account. Information about the refunding of online payments will be discussed later in this article.
If the order was processed by an unregistered user, the cancellation is conditional upon the knowledge of the order number. In order to complete an order in our e-shop you have to provide an active email address. The order number along with a direct link to the cancellation of the order is always available in your e-mail.
The confirmation email containing the order number and the cancellation link usually arrives a few minutes after completing the entire order. Once you find the message, click Cancel Order to redirect to the order details page where you can cancel the order.
Once the order is canceled correctly, you can check the status on the Alza website by entering the order number in the search engine. Information about the refunding of online payments will be discussed later in this article.
If you cancel an order that was paid via transfer or online payment card, we will take care of the refund automatically. We try to return payments ias quickly as possible, usually within 5 business days. At the latest, the money will be refunded within 14 days of cancellation. In the case of an online card payment, we refund the amount to the transaction date.
If you cancel an order to which a voucher has been applied, the validity of the voucher expires with the cancellation of the order. Therefore, the voucher will not be eligible for another order.
The order can only be modified until the status changes to processed. Processing usually takes place within 30 minutes of placing an order. You can change your payment method or delivery address in the My Alza section or via the Edit Order link. You can find all the modifications that are possible for that order status directly in the order details. If the order is no longer editable, we recommend cancelling the order and creating a new order.
