We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and Diners Club cards. You may pay by bank card in all our shops, at the AlzaBoxes and at the AlzaExpres service provider. We only accept HUF as cash. We are obliged to comply with the limitation on the acceptance of cash payments, which is limited by law to a gross amount of HUF 3,000,000/day/purchase for individuals and HUF 1,500,000/day/purchase gross for VAT-paying customers. The customer may not pay cash above the limit applicable to him.

You will pay the carrier upon delivery, directly at the address you specify.
AlzaExpres only accepts credit cards.
External carriers allow payment by credit card and cash on delivery, however, we cannot guarantee the option of payment by credit card for all external carriers due to the availability of couriers in a given location or temporary technical complications.

In case you have a Visa or MasterCard, you can use them when shopping online. Please note that all card purchases are subject to a 24-hour security check which may delay the delivery by one business day.
You will pay the courier in cash upon the delivery of the package. The cash on delivery fee is HUF 490.

You can also pay for your order (hand-held or electronic products) with vouchers placed on Alza.hu. To redeem your voucher or gift card, please enter the discount code in the first step of your cart.

In case you receive a gift card from Alza.hu Kft., the instructions are the same. However, conditions are determined by the terms of the marketing event.

Are you withdrawing from the contract within the 30-day deadline, or do we need to refund your money for a different reason? In this case, the amount paid will be refunded via the same method as you have paid for the products. In the folllowing, we describe you the steps.
If you paid in cash in store or cash on delivery, we will refund your money in cash at any of our shops.
In case of a credit card payment, we will refund the money to the account connected to your credit card.
If you had paid by bank transfer, we refund the amount to your bank account.
Only the amount received from you will be refunded (bank charges related to the transfer, etc., will not be paid)
