Promotion Terms and Conditions

The promotion organized by Alza (“Alza”) consists in the offer (the “Promotion”) of up to 400 generic coupon codes PAY10EU (the “Coupons”) to the first 400 Alza’s customers in the EU (the “Customers”) under the following conditions.
1. The Promotion shall start on December, 1st, 2016 and shall terminate at the earliest of:
  - 400 Discounts are granted; or
  - On January 2^nd, 2017.

(the “Promotional Period”).

To benefit from this Promotion, the Customers shall perform a completed purchase transaction, with minimum purchase amount of 60 EUR, using PayPal Services as their payment method (the “Purchase Transaction”) on Alza’s website, www.alzashop.com (the “Website”) and use the Coupon during the check out process.
Each Coupon will give the right to a money discount of 10 EUR (the “Discount”) on the Website.

The Coupons cannot be used together with other promotions/discounts available on the Website, can only be used once per User.
The Coupons have no cash value and may only be used on the Website.
The Coupons cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or credit.
If you cancel the purchase transaction on the Website the Discount shall immediately become invalid. Any refund you may be entitled to receive will not exceed the amount paid towards the applicable purchase price.
The transaction that you perform in order to get this Coupon must comply with PayPal's User Agreement and policies.
PayPal will not be responsible for any third party's performance or failure to perform any services related to any Promotion, or for any costs, damages, accident, delay, injury, loss, expense, or inconvenience that may arise in connection with receiving the Discount, provided that nothing shall limit PayPal liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence.
PayPal and Alza reserve the right to suspend, change or cancel this Promotion at any time, in the event of arising circumstances which in PayPal or Alza’s reasonable opinion makes it necessary for it to do so, PayPal and Alza reserve the right to add additional terms and conditions for certain parts of this Promotion.
In the event of a change to these Terms and Conditions, Alza will notify in writing all registered users who have been provided by this Promotion.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England. Any disputes shall be brought in the courts of England and the parties consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of these courts.
