Segítséget szeretnék kérni.Egy Rowenta explorer 60 porszívot vettünk.Letöltöttük az appot, a gép kb 20 percet működött majd megállt.Feltettem a dokkolóra mert azt hittem lemerült.1 éjszaka töltöttem, de reggel is csak annyira működőtt hogy kijött a dokkolóból és megállt.Mi lehet a probléma?Az applikáció azt irta ki, hogy akadály van a gép előtt.Persze nem volt!Köszönöm ha kapok választ a kérdésemre.

Kedves Aerium! Kérdésem a termékkel kapcsolatban, hogy képes-e érzékelni, ha szőnyegre téved, ekkor pedig kikapcsolni automatikusan a feltörlés funkciót? Ha ez nem lehetséges, akkor van-e benne no mop zóna? Pl szőnyegek kihagyása felmosás esetén. Köszönöm a segítséget!

Tisztelt Ügyintéző, Ezt a terméket (Rowenta RR7447WH Explorer Serie 60) rendeltem meg 11.03-án az alza.hu-ról. A terméket úgy rendeltem meg, hogy nem használtam az érvényes regisztrációmat, hanem a regisztráció nélküli opciót választottam. Ehhez megadtam az e-mail címemet, [email protected] (ami történetesen egyezik a regisztrációm e-mail címével), a szükséges számlázási és szállítási adatokat, megrendeltem a terméket és ki is fizettem egyből. A kártyámról levonta az összeget megígérte a rendszer, hogy 11.05-re kihozzák az árut, amit meg is tettek. Eddig rendben is lenne, de semmilyen e-mailt nem kaptam (a spam, és a promóciók mappákat is ellenőriztem). Amire mindenképpen szükségem lenne, az a vásárlás visszaigazolása, illetve egy dokumentum, amivel érvényesíteni tudom a garanciát, illetve rossz esetben visszacserélni az árut (ajándék lesz Karácsonyra).
