In the package you will find two types of wood chips.It is wood from apple and white walnut. You will learn up to 24 cycles with them. Natural smoke ensures a great taste of food. Sage Smokehouse is equipped with a glass lid made of borosilicate glass with a diameter of 18 cm, which is handmade in Spain. In addition, it has a one-way silicone valve (without BPA) for easy insertion of the flue. Operation is simple. Fill the Sage smoking gun with a small amount of wood chips before or after cooking. Cover the food container for smoking with the enclosed lid, insert the flue. You can choose from two smoke flow rates.
