The Shelly Qubino Wave 1 Mini is the smallest switching module in the world, which is used for remote control of various household appliances and devices, such as lighting fixtures, fans, locks, garage doors, etc. Shelly Qubino devices use the latest generation of Z-Wave chips (S800), one of the most popular standardised technologies for smart home management, enabling seamless communication between devices across brands and platforms. The Qubino Wave 1 Mini acts as a Z-Wave signal booster and has a range of up to 40 metres indoors. The switch is compatible with all Z-Wave certified gateways and devices on the market, and the SmartStart function takes care of its automatic integration into your existing network. To properly configure the device, you will need a gateway (smart hub), which is not included.

Shelly Qubino Wave 1 Mini is miniature in size
The Shelly Wave 1 Mini switch has a 35% smaller footprint compared to the Wave 1 model, while maintaining all functionality. This makes the module ideal for installation in very tight spaces and wiring closets, including Danish wall boxes where larger modules cannot fit. Thanks to its miniature size, the Qubino Wave 1 Mini can be discreetly installed directly into the appliance you want to remotely control or monitor, such as a switch or ceiling light.
