The Osprey Duro Lt Phantom is a minimalist 0.5L running hydration vest, ideal for light trail runs or training. It's made from 100% recycled materials and bluesign® certified rugged nylon mesh with PFC/PFAS-free DWR treatment - both eco-friendly and durable. With two large elasticated pockets on the front, it can hold two 360ml Hydraulics soft-flask bottles and two smaller pockets can be used for gels or snacks.

Comfort and stability at every step
Thanks to the lightweight 3D Spacer mesh on the back and shoulder straps, it offers great ventilation and comfort - even when running without an undershirt, you'll avoid abrasions. Stability is ensured by padded shoulder straps and a pair of chest snap-in straps that can be adjusted or completely detached. There is a vertical zipped pocket on the chest for your mobile phone, wallet or safety whistle.
