These provisions govern the relationship between the parties with regard to the service contract "option to return the goods within 60 days" (hereinafter the "Service"), on the one hand, the company Alza.cz a.s., ID 27082440, Company ID Number CZ27082440, based at 1522/53 Jankovcova, 170 00 Prague 7, registered in the Commercial register at the Municipal court in Prague in Section B, Entry 8573 as a provider (hereinafter the "Provider") and on the other hand, the Client (hereinafter the "Client"), these conditions will apply to all transactions relating to this service.
Service agreement is concluded when the customer along with the selected products offered by the provider operated e-shops confirms the so-called cart and a service provider will issue an invoice for this.
The Provider guarantees to the client that they allow them to return the product without giving any reason within 60 days of purchase, under the conditions specified below, if the client will request the refund, i.e. will take advantage of the service within the period specified below.
Provider is obligated to provide the service, therefore to provide the client the option of returning the purchased product without giving any reason within a period of below only if:
In case that the client fulfills all the conditions under which the service may be used, he/she will receive refunded price of the product in full amount including VAT. In case that the client will take advantage of the service, and will request a refund of the product in a state of "bad" or "impaired", then to the client will be offered only the return of the product at a reduced price, eventually at 0 Ft and takeover of the product for ecological disposal.

This service does not affect the right of withdrawal provided under the government decree no. 45/2014. (II. 26.) neither the withdrawal right provided by Alza, under which the consumer is entitled to exercise its right of withdrawal independently of this service.
In case the client is a consumer, they have the right to withdraw from the contract of provision of the service, in accordance with the applicable laws, however, in such case the client must pay the necessary compensation due to unjust enrichment at the time of withdrawal. The client understands and accepts that if they purchase goods with the option offered by the Service provider, and the Service is purchased along with the goods, then in case of termination of the sale contract of the goods before the date of full payment of purchase price, the Service provider is not obliged to refund the purchase price of the service to the client. This restriction does not, of course, affect the consumer's statutory rights.
If the client fulfills all the provider's conditions of the service of refund of the product, the provider returns without undue delay after fulfillment of the terms of service purchase price of the product to the client, purchase price is refunded for further purchase of goods at one of the online stores operated by the provider.
The terms become valid and effective at 15.6.2022, while the specification of the service is available both at the headquarters of the provider and on websites of the e-shops operated by the provider.
