This is the most frustrating control/user interface I have ever experienced on a microwave oven. There is no option to start the heating with just a single click or touch. First, you have to press the "wave" button to turn it on, then you need to press the "start/stop" button. If you press the "start/stop" button without turning it on first— as any intuitive UI would allow—it detects the input but gives an error beep instead. Once the heating starts, there is no one-touch option to increase the time. Instead, you have to touch the timer on the screen and then attempt to move your finger in a circular motion around the outer part of the round display to increase or decrease the minutes. The touch screen is unresponsive and erratic; when you release it after setting the desired time, it often behaves as if you just tapped it again, changing the time completely. Then, you have to start the process over. Etc... Just don't buy it. Buy the one with the physical control ring.
