Regularly alternating between sitting and standing also promotes natural movement and better blood circulation, which your body will appreciate during long hours at a desk. Although most of us sit while we work, the ability to easily change our working position brings significantly greater comfort throughout the day.
Includes a Bamboo Desktop with Rounded Corners
The AlzaErgo Table ET1 NewGen height-adjustable desk comes with an AlzaErgo desktop measuring 120 × 80 × 1.9cm, made from lacquered bamboo wood. This natural material excels in high strength, long durability, and natural resilience, while its fine grain and warm shade give the workspace a modern and pleasantly cosy look. The corners of the desktop are also rounded (R30), which contributes to greater safety and a more elegant appearance. Additionally, the lacquered surface ensures easy maintenance and long-term durability for daily use. The desktop is not pre-drilled, but screws are included in the package, so you can manage the assembly with standard tools (e.g., a screwdriver, a tape measure, and possibly a cordless drill for pre-drilling the holes).
Intuitive Touch Controls with Position Memory
You can easily change the position of the AlzaErgo Table ET1 NewGen using the LED touch control panel with backlit buttons and a display showing the current height. The equipment includes a timer to remind you to change your working position, allowing you to fully concentrate on your work while ensuring regular movement. There is also a memory function to save three of your most-used heights–you only need to set the height manually once, save it, and then recall it with a single button press. Of course, you can lock the control panel to prevent unintentional setting changes and choose the display units (centimetres or inches).

An essential safety feature is the Collision Avoidance System with adjustable sensitivity, providing protection against accidents and injuries.
