The Einhell CE-BC 5 M LiFePO4 battery charger with microprocessor and IP65 rating is an intelligent battery charger adapted for the technically advanced and high-performance batteries found in modern motor vehicles. The main purpose of this clever device is the fast and gentle charging of batteries to achieve the longest possible service life at full power. An LCD display makes it easier to operate than conventional devices. This universal Einhell device is suitable for gel, AGM, lead-acid, and lithium-iron-phosphate batteries. The CE-BC 5 M LiFePO4 automatically adapts to the voltage of 12V vehicle batteries. The multi-stage charging cycle of the battery charger is automatically monitored and adjusted by the microprocessor control unit. The intelligent control electronics analyse the type and condition of the connected battery and initiate the optimal mode. The trickle charge function protects the battery to ensure a permanently ideal state of charge.

A special winter charging mode has been developed for outdoor temperatures below 5°C.
Recovery modes and safety features
The device features a recondition mode that can breathe new life into deeply discharged batteries, and a Force mode that can revive deeply discharged batteries from 1V using maximum amperes. Automatic overcharge, short-circuit and reverse polarity protection safeguards both the charger and the battery. The Einhell battery charger has an IP65 rating, making it dust-resistant and protected against water ingress. The LCD battery voltage and charging progress display shows at a glance what the battery's state of charge is and which mode is set on the charger. The device distinguishes between four charging levels and the connection of 12V batteries. The indicator on the Einhell battery charger also signals if the clamps are connected incorrectly and indicates any other potential faults. Thanks to the fully insulated battery terminals, the charger can be connected easily and safely. The housing is equipped with a hanging eyelet for mounting on a wall.
