The OSRAM NIGHT BREAKER LED C5W ECE car bulb is the first fully homologated replacement for standard bulbs of this type. You can legally use it on the road for number plate, vehicle interior or boot lighting. The bulb produces a cool white light with a colour temperature of 6000K. Compared to standard bulbs, it has up to five times the lifespan and significantly lower energy consumption. Its construction is also resistant to vibrations and shocks.

The first LED bulb with road-legal homologation
This is the first OSRAM LED signal bulb to be approved for legal use on public roads. With full homologation according to ECE R37, it can be installed in all vehicle models with a 12V supply as a direct replacement for any C5W bulb. The approval is valid in all UNECE member states and for all relevant lighting functions.
Light and high durability
The bulb produces a bright, cool white light with a colour temperature of 6000K. Compared to standard bulbs, it has up to five times the lifespan, reaching 1500 hours. Its long life is also supported by its high resistance to vibrations and shocks.
Lower consumption and stable performance
Thanks to LED technology, the OSRAM NIGHT BREAKER bulb has significantly lower energy requirements. Its consumption is up to 60% less than conventional bulbs. Even if the battery voltage drops, it maintains a stable luminous flux of 45lm and does not flicker. The result is a European-developed product that combines economical operation with functionality.
