With the Banquet CULINARIA baking tray, you can prepare up to 24 mini buns at once. It's made from 0.4mm thick carbon steel, which is highly durable. The inner surface is coated with a non-stick Xynflon layer based on PTFE, making it easy to turn out your baked goods without them burning or sticking. This also makes cleaning the tray incredibly simple.
