Facility Department
Our Facility department is here to make sure that employees can fully devote their time and energy to developing their ideas in a pleasant work environment. It is responsible for ensuring that everything works properly. When there is a problem, the department will be sure to make arrangements, from making sure a chair gets repaired, to fixing the logistic system.
Showroom Management
Do you like our showrooms and stores? Our Showroom management looks after their seamless running, from drafting their plans to managing their openings and unceasing modernisation.
Expansion
Alza grows faster than Jack's magical beanstalk. Our Expansion department oversees Alza's growth and keeps everything in check so that nothing gets in the way. The department is in charge of finding new premises for Alza stores and AlzaBoxes, preparing new subsidiaries or renovating and relocating existing stores.

Vojtěch Geryk
Showroom ManagerVojta is in charge of the Showroom Management division, which prepares all the conceptual designs for new outlets and showrooms. He is responsible for the design as well as the overall execution of every sales outlet in the EU. He also makes sure that everything works in terms of the financial aspects as well.

Martin Jakubec
Project ManagerMartin joined Alza as a claims technician. Over the years, he has gradually become the head of PC builds and the service centre, and has established the Facility department. Currently, he is responsible for the technical aspects of major projects and constantly introduces new ideas that are both atypical and bizarre.

Alza Café
Alza Café is the brand of our coffee beans and also the name of our coffee shop. The café at our headquarters has been serving various delicacies to our colleagues for years. Together we have drank tens of thousands of litres of coffee, thousands of litres of home-made lemonade and eaten thousands of hot dogs. We also have excellent desserts and give out sweet smiles, free of charge.

Office Management
This is where we deal with everything related to our offices. We can start with the reception, where you'll be welcomed by our dear receptionist, go through the electronic document filing room and end with the cleaning service providers or a floral decorators that make our day be much more pleasant. We also offer our colleagues a new phone or the option to rent one of our electric cars or other trucks. We also provide friendly benefits in nearby restaurants.

AlzaBox
We are in charge of these wonderful AlzaBox dispensaries. We are a team of young soldiers and seasoned veterans, who work well together and constantly search for the most lucrative outlets for our customers. We are innovative, we like to experiment and we never give up. Satisfied customers with saved time put a smile on our faces.

Electromobiles
We can sell about two Teslas and a few fast electric motorcycles in one week. On one hand it's really cool and fast way to travel, and on the other hand it's modern, eco-friendly and the way of the future. We are the only e-shop on the market where a customer can buy an electric car and have it delivered the next day, right in front of the garage. We are also building an infrastructure of charging stations and helping conserve the environment.

Shop of the Future
We wanted to come up with something innovative in our team. We joined the concept of a store and AlzaBox to create the Shop of the Future. This store is filled with dispensary boxes that use our own software and it's open 24/7. What is missing, however, is the staff. It's a staff-less shop that's open every time you visit.
