In 2014, he became the leader of our Pilsen branch. Later, Alza created a new challenge for him - the regional manager position. Now he works as a sales network manager. Míra doesn't dwell in the past - he is in the present and plans for the future.
Pavel joined Alza in 2015 when he became an elite Dream Team sales representative. In the same year, he was promoted to a regional sales manager for Northern Moravia. A year later, he started working as a regional sales manager in Slovakia. And he keeps working hard. Since 2017, he's been dedicated to development and modernisation of our stores in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Ondra joined us when he became our sales consultant in Prague. His professional skills brought him a promotion to the crisis manager position for our stores, where he helped other junior managers with both management and sales. Later on, he became the manager of our largest store in South Moravia. What's next? Time will only tell...
