Precise control
The Hall Effect magnetic switches in the joysticks and triggers sense movement without physical contact, reducing mechanical wear on internal components. The controller offers a switchable trigger mode, which provides either smooth linear control or an instant response in action games. The magnetic sensor design prevents drift and maintains aiming accuracy throughout its lifespan.
Mechanical buttons and vibration
The main ABXY action buttons use micro-switches with a lifespan of 1.3 million presses, providing clear tactile feedback with every click. A total of four vibration motors are located directly in the grips and in the individual controller triggers. The integrated vibration motors transmit realistic sensations and feedback from game situations directly into the user's palms. The vibration intensity and motor response can be individually adjusted to suit the specific player's needs.
Customisation
The magnetic front cover facilitates quick swapping and is designed for additional painting and appearance customisation. The two programmable back buttons support function mapping from almost all other controls on the controller's body. Users configure all button settings using the specialised GameSir Nexus software on a PC or Xbox console. The software is used to create user profiles, adjust stick sensitivity, and map buttons.
Audio interface and ergonomics
On the bottom of the controller, there is a built-in 3.5mm jack for directly connecting headphones and a physical button for quickly muting the microphone. The ergonomically shaped grips have a special rubberised textured surface that prevents them from slipping in your hands. The wired connection, with a 3m cable, eliminates wireless signal delay and the need for constant battery charging. The controller works instantly upon connection without needing to install additional drivers.
