Qualcomm VR820

Qualcomm VR820 are quality glasses for virtual reality with a high-quality AMOLED display. It is a self-contained unit, meaning you do not need to insert a smartphone or connect to a computer. The glasses are powered by the Snapdragon 820 processor, which ensures trouble-free operation. The display itself, which is separate for both eyes, boasts a high resolution of 2,880×1,440 pixels. Thanks to the pair of front cameras, they can also create an enhanced reality (AR).

Key features

• AMOLED high resolution display
• 360° HEVC video shooting
• Low latency
• Eye-catching camera
• Android
• AR technology

Eye scanning

Features include an intelligent eye-sensing system. Two indoor cameras recognise where your eye is looking, and you can draw a detailed three-dimensional image for a given area and use it more efficiently. This means that in certain cases the performance of these glasses is sufficient where other glasses would need the power of a connected computer.

Track cameras

In front of the glasses there are two cameras that capture the three-dimensional image and recognise the movements in all directions and rotation. For example, this allows hand-reading, which you can then watch directly in the virtual world. Along with the cameras, these glasses can also create an enhanced reality (computer-generated objects added to the real image in front of the camera).
