WINDFORCE cooling system and premium design
Inspired by the aerodynamics of an eagle's wing, the Hawk Fan fans increase air pressure by 53.6% and air volume by 12.5% while reducing noise. The ball bearings provide better heat resistance and efficiency than sleeve bearings. The alternating rotation of the fans reduces turbulence and increases airflow pressure. The 3D Active Fan function provides semi-passive cooling at low GPU loads. Server-grade thermal gel applied to the VRAM and MOSFETs provides optimal contact and resists deformation. A vapour chamber in direct contact with the GPU and composite copper heat pipes rapidly dissipate heat to the extended heatsink. The design combines multi-layered textures and RGB Halo lighting with three rings that can be synchronised with other devices. The reinforced metal construction with a bent-edge backplate is attached to the I/O bracket. A power indicator alerts you to any PSU issues. The universal VGA holder offers dozens of mounting options and prevents the card from sagging. Ultra Durable components include lower RDS(on) MOSFETs, Metal Chokes and Lower ESR Solid capacitors. A PCB coating protects against dust, moisture and corrosion. The PCB is produced via an automated process that eliminates sharp protrusions of solder joints.
