Reliable operation and safety features
The shredder uses a cross-cut action to create 4×33mm particles, meeting the high P-4 security level according to the DIN 66399 standard. This makes it suitable for disposing of sensitive personal and company data. Operation is made easier by an automatic function that starts shredding when paper is inserted and stops it when finished. Several mechanisms ensure safety. In addition to protection against motor overheating and paper overload, the device is equipped with a safety feature that prevents it from starting if the shredder head is not correctly placed on the bin.
The maximum continuous running time is 2 minutes, after which a 30-minute break is required for the motor to cool down.
