Ceresit Solvent-free impregnation CT 10, 1 l

Ceresit CT 10 is a special impregnation designed to seal the joints and surfaces of ceramic wall and floor tiles, concrete and natural stone. Thanks to its transparent, solvent-free formula, it is suitable for use on both absorbent and non-absorbent substrates, offering a wide range of application possibilities. It can be used in bathrooms, shower cubicles, on terraces and balconies, where it protects the surface from moisture and dirt. The impregnation seals fine cracks and pores (up to 0.2mm wide), preventing water penetration and reducing the risk of mould growth. Its quick-drying time (2–6 hours) allows for easy and efficient application. CT 10 can also be used as a temporary protection for surfaces requiring repair. Application is possible with a rubber squeegee, roller or brush.                                                                                 

How to use:
1. Substrates must be solid, clean, dry or slightly damp. Remove any layers with low adhesion and level out any unevenness. Thoroughly clean the substrate and mechanically remove any efflorescence. Prevent moisture from getting to the back of the substrate.

2. Shake the contents of the container well before use. Pour the material onto the substrate and spread it evenly with a rubber squeegee or a short-pile roller. Leave for approx. 5 mins, then remove any excess material and wipe the surface with a damp cloth.

3. Apply the coating at an air temperature of +5 to +25°C. The impregnation becomes rain-resistant after approx. 2–6 hours. The full impregnation effect of CT 10 is achieved after about 14 days.
