The special LotusGrill grill hood with built-in thermometer, temperature control, and removable lid will provide you with a slow and pleasant barbecue. Thanks to the air recirculation system, the grill hatch perfectly sits to allow perfect control of the grilling temperature. You can prepare dishes that require slower preparation even at lower temperatures. It also adds a more intense flavour to grilled delicacies, as natural flavours and juices are absorbed into grilled dishes. Of course, you can uncover the top glass lid and control the food without losing the grilling temperature.
