The LG GML861PYPE American Refrigerator features easy voice assistant control - tell your refrigerator exactly what you need, when you need it. When you voice activate the Express Freezer, the AI speaker will listen to you and ensure your food is frozen quickly.

Connect for easier control - if you forget to close the fridge door, the app LG ThinQ® will send a notification directly to your phone to let you know. The LG ThinQ® app continuously monitors your fridge - whether it's for daily maintenance or anything else, the app makes it easy to keep track of your energy consumption.
High Temperature Alarm
This function is only available on some models. The high temperature alarm is a function that warns when the freezer temperature rises enough to cause a problem. The freezer temperature LED indicator will flash and an alarm will sound.
• This alarm sounds in the following cases:
- When the appliance is switched on for the first time (therefore the freezer temperature is high).
- When the freezer door is open for a long time or opened very frequently.
- When a long power outage occurs.
- When a large amount of warm food is placed in the freezer.
Turning off the alarm
Press the Freezer button until the alarm stops ringing. The LED will stop flashing once the freezer compartment has cooled down sufficiently.
