A cheap and effective anti-scaler
AlzaEco Citric Acid is a great alternative to conventional cleaners and is ideal for cleaning and de-scaling your dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine or toilet. Compared to white vinegar, it leaves no odour and is gentler on plastic and rubber parts of appliances. Regular maintenance of appliances contributes to more efficient operation. Another advantage is the cost-effective solution compared to liquid formulations - you buy powder, not water, which you supply as needed.
Citric acid cleans the washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine
Cleaning the washing machine or dishwasher - Just pour 200 g of AlzaEco citric acid into the empty drum of the washing machine or dishwasher and turn the appliance on the washing / washing cycle at a temperature of 50-60 °C. After the water has heated up, turn off the appliance and leave it for 30 minutes and then complete the programme, including rinsing with water.
Removing limescale from the coffee machine - Dissolve 1 tablespoon of citric acid in 1 litre of warm water, pour into the coffee machine and let it go through the brewing cycle. Then repeat the process with clean water.
Cleaning the kettle- Fill the kettle with water, add 1 tablespoon of the product and bring to a boil, turn off the kettle and leave it for 30 minutes. Boil clean water after pouring the cleaning solution in the kettle.
Cleaning toilets or drains - You can use a hot citric acid solution to clean toilets or drains, the effects of which are enhanced by combining it with baking soda.
Remove stains- Soak the laundry for 1 hour in a solution of 10 g citric acid per 1 litre of water.
