Use:
For a precise line, draw gently from the inner corner of the eye outwards. If you want a dramatic effect, draw a straight line from the inner corner of the eye to the centre of the eyelid and then curve it on the inner lid. As an eyeshadow, apply the pencil all over the lid and smudge with your finger or a brush.
