Tisztelt Ügyfélszolgálat! A terméket április 12-én rendeltem, a múlt héten vettem át és a tegnapi napon adtam át a baba részére, de sajnos nem jó nekik. Eredeti csomagolásában visszaküldeném, sértetlen és nem volt használva. A termék annyi időre lett kibontva, míg az elemet belehelyezték egy próbára, de borzasztó doboz hangon recsegnek a zenék, ami sem a babának, sem a szülőknek nem megnyugtató. Elvileg nyugtatóan rezeg, de ez olyan szintű rezgés, mint halottnak a csók. Ezenkívül azontúl, hogy újszülött kortól ajánlják, a 2 hetes csecsemő teljesen egészségtelenül belesüpped. Kérem legyenek szívesek tájékoztatni, hogy milyen módon és hova tudom visszaküldeni a terméket.
