Matcha Nyoko Japan Kagoshima Mariko in organic quality contains vitamins, minerals, trace elements and more caffeine and theanine than regular green teas.
The preparation of matcha tea requires special equipment to preserve its quality. Tea should not come into contact with metal, so bamboo tools (chashaku, chasen, chavan) are used.
