Preparation
The finer the coffee is ground, the more intense its flavour. For a perfect cup of Mövenpick Caffè Crema, we recommend a medium to fine grind and a spout time of 18 to 22 seconds for a regular cup and 12 to 14 seconds for espresso. It is important to serve a small espresso in a pre-heated cup.
Storage
It's best to keep the opened packet of coffee beans in an airtight container in the fridge. This way, freshly roasted coffee retains its flavour for longer.
