The NOCTUA NH-U14S DX-3647 CPU cooler is a solution designed for professional workstations and servers with Intel Xeon processors. This model is specifically adapted for the LGA3647 platform and supports both Square and Narrow type mounting systems. Thanks to its enlarged copper contact surface, which covers the large integrated heat spreaders (IHS) of Xeon processors, heat is efficiently transferred to the aluminium fins. The entire system is built with a focus on quiet operation and long-term reliability under demanding conditions.

NF-A15 fan and cooling performance
Active cooling is provided by a 140mm NF-A15 fan, which features advanced technologies such as Flow Acceleration Channels and Self-stabilising Oil-pressure Bearing (SSO2). The fan supports automatic speed control via PWM and operates in the range of 300 to 1500rpm. This configuration achieves an airflow of 140.2m³/h with a maximum noise level of just 24.6dB. Six heat pipes ensure rapid heat distribution from the base to the heatsink.
Mounting system and features
Installation is handled by the SecuFirm2 mounting system, which guarantees optimal contact pressure and stability of the cooler on the processor. For maximum user convenience and to ensure correct application, NT-H1 thermal paste is pre-applied to the cooler's base. The cooler is exclusively compatible with the Intel Socket 3647 and, thanks to its slim profile, does not interfere with memory modules even when all slots are fully populated.
