A 165Hz display for games, films, and social media
Once you try a truly smooth display, there's no going back. The OnePlus Nord 6 offers a 6.78" AMOLED panel with 1.5K resolution and a refresh rate of up to 165Hz, making every scroll and every in-game movement exceptionally fluid. The 10-bit colour depth with over a billion shades and 100% DCI-P3 coverage renders photos and films in vivid, natural colours. A peak brightness of up to 3600 nits ensures excellent readability even in bright summer sun. For evening scrolling in bed, there's 3840Hz PWM dimming to protect your eyes. What's more, Aqua Touch 2.0 technology lets you operate the phone even with wet or greasy fingers, and a pair of stereo speakers provides powerful sound to match the picture.
Main camera with a Sony sensor for sharp shots day and night
The most precious moments happen without warning, which is why it's important to have a camera that's ready in any light. The heart of the OnePlus Nord 6 camera system is a 50Mpx Sony LYTIA 600 sensor with a bright f/1.8 lens that captures plenty of light, even during an evening walk or a candlelit dinner. Sharpness is handled by dual-axis optical image stabilisation, which compensates for hand shake even during longer exposures. Nightscape mode then transforms a dark scene into a bright, detailed image. When you need to zoom in on a distant object, you can use the 2× in-sensor zoom without any loss of quality. More demanding photographers will appreciate the pro mode with manual settings and the ability to save images in RAW format for later editing.
Wider shots and sharp selfies for the whole group
Sometimes you need to fit much more into one shot than a standard lens can handle. For these moments, the OnePlus Nord 6 offers an 8Mpx ultra-wide-angle lens with a 112° field of view, which lets you comfortably capture vast landscapes, monumental buildings, and the narrow streets of an old town. On the other side of the phone is a 32Mpx front camera with autofocus and a wide 90° field of view. This means all your friends can fit into a group selfie, and faces in both the foreground and background will remain sharp. Portrait mode gently blurs the background to make the subject stand out. So whether you're shooting a view from a summit or a group photo at a party, you always have the right lens for the situation.
4K video and smart AI-powered edits
Photos are just the beginning; many experiences only truly come to life in motion. The main camera on the OnePlus Nord 6 records video in 4K at 60fps with a combination of optical and electronic stabilisation, so your footage stays smooth even while walking. Slow-motion shots at up to 240fps reveal details that would otherwise be missed, and Dual-view mode records the action in front of you and your reaction at the same time. The front camera handles 4K video, ensuring high-quality vlogs or video calls. If a shot still doesn't turn out right, AI-powered tools come to the rescue. AI Eraser removes unwanted people with a single touch, AI Unblur sharpens a blurry photo, and AI Perfect Shot replaces closed eyes with a smile.
Flagship performance for gaming and demanding multitasking
A video call, navigation, music, and a game all running at once? No problem for the OnePlus Nord 6. Performance is handled by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 processor with Adreno 825 graphics, which also supports ray tracing in compatible games. LPDDR5X memory and UFS 4.1 storage ensure a fast response, so apps open instantly and files copy in a flash. A large cooling system keeps the phone comfortable even during extended gaming sessions, while the Touch Reflex chip responds to every finger movement with minimal delay. Bypass Charging lets you power the phone directly from the charger while gaming, saving the battery. You have 256GB of storage for games, photos, and films, and fast connectivity is provided by 5G and Wi-Fi 7 networks.
Up to 2.5 days of use on a single charge
A phone you don't have to charge every night will change how you use it every day. The OnePlus Nord 6 houses a 7500mAh silicon-carbon battery that, according to the manufacturer, lasts for more than 2.5 days of use or nearly 23 hours of YouTube playback. When it's time to top up, 80W SUPERVOOC fast charging gives you enough power for about 2.5 hours of video in just 5 minutes. Thanks to 6.5W reverse charging via a cable, you can also charge your wireless headphones or other small devices. The Battery Health Engine protects the battery from premature ageing, so according to the manufacturer, it will retain more than 80% of its capacity even after 5 years.
Durability that withstands even extreme conditions
A fall from a table, a summer storm, or a spilt tea no longer has to mean the end of your phone. The OnePlus Nord 6 boasts a combination of IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K ratings, which protect the phone from dust, immersion in fresh water up to 1.5 metres for 30 minutes, and high-pressure hot water jets. It also meets the MIL-STD-810H military standard and has passed tests for extreme temperatures, rain, frost, and salt spray. The display is protected by Crystal Guard glass, which the manufacturer claims offers up to 300% greater scratch resistance and 160% greater drop resistance. Despite all this, the phone maintains an elegant design with rounded edges and thin bezels around the display, measuring just 1.6mm wide.
OxygenOS 16 with smart assistants and long-term support
A good phone should still bring you joy for years to come. The OnePlus Nord 6 runs on OxygenOS 16, based on Android 16, with the manufacturer promising 4 major system updates and 6 years of security patches. OnePlus AI features help you write texts, summarise long articles, or scan documents and presentations without shadows or distortion. You also have Google's Gemini assistant and Circle to Search. You can customise the handy Plus Key to your liking, and the infrared transmitter turns the phone into a remote control for your TV or air conditioning. NFC lets you pay with your mobile, and the in-display fingerprint reader unlocks the phone with a single touch.
