Bery Jones Cashew natural WW320 Vietnam 250g
Premium quality from Vietnam - tasty and nutritious cashews with a story
Bery Jones cashew nuts represent a harmony of taste, quality and pure nature. WW320 size kernels, sourced from Vietnam - a country that today is one of the largest and most respected cashew producers in the world. These cashews have a mild, buttery taste without bitterness, are naturally sweet, crunchy, and not too hard. Thanks to gentle processing, they retain their natural taste and valuable nutrients. Great in porridges, yoghurts, smoothies or for munching any time of the day. They are the ideal base for making cashew milk, vegetable cheeses or raw sauces. You can also use them in baking or as a sprinkle on salads.

Where cashews take on a new dimension
Vietnam is not just about rice and pho - cashews are its quiet pride. The nuts here undergo strictly controlled processing in modern factories that pride themselves on purity, hand sorting and preserving the original flavour. It is thanks to these practices that Vietnamese cashews are considered the best processed in the world and can now be found on tables all over the world. With Bery Jones, you can be sure of the best harvest.
Historical interest
Although the cashew tree's original homeland is Brazil, the nuts made their way to India and Southeast Asia via Portuguese seafarers in the 16th century. Vietnam has only come to the fore in modern times - a combination of favourable climate and investment in processing technology has seen the country rise to become the world's largest cashew exporter within a few decades.
What does WW320 mean?
The WW320 designation indicates that these are uniformly sized, light-coloured whole nuts ('White Whole'), which are ideal for direct consumption and other uses. The number represents the number of nuts per pound, where a lower number means larger kernels. The WW320 size is thus the golden mean providing an excellent balance between size, price and quality.
