Cold Steel Kyoto II
Kyoto is a small knife with a fixed blade and a smooth edge. Both blade shapes of Kyoto knives are stylized in the shape of Japanese swords. The robustly built blades have a full tang construction, i.e. they are stretched along the entire length of the handle. Between the blade and the Kray-Ex™ handle is a stainless steel hand guard, with this guard resembling the traditional cubu of a Japanese sword. Together with the shaped handle, it gives the knife a unique look. The blade of the knife is made of 8Cr13MoV stainless steel, which after heat treatment has a hardness of 57-58 Rockwell. The Subtle and comfortable sheath is suitable for concealed carrying of the knife in a neck strap with a safety chain. It can be hidden very well under clothes and does not cause discomfort during long wearing. The sheath can be fitted with the Cold Steel® C-Clip (SACLB) so that the knife can be worn on a belt.
