Ez alapjáraton nem fáj, a hétköznapokban fel sem tűnik, viszont egy hosszabb futásnál megfájdul és napokig is eltart jelentősen. Tehát ez a termék jó ennek a megelőzésére, úgy, hogy felveszem futásra, vagy arra ez merevnek számít (vagyis inkább ez sérülés utánra és nem megelőzésére van) és inkább rugalmasabb fajtát kellene venni?
