They contain 100% L-citrulline malate in a 2:1 ratio, a combination of the non-essential amino acid L-citrulline and malic acid, which contributes to higher nitric oxide (NO) production. Preparation
Mix 3 g (approx. ½ scoop) in 100-200 ml of water or other beverage.
Recommended dosage
Take a maximum of 1 time per day 30 minutes before training.
Storage
