Preparation
Mix 1 dose (30 g - 3/4 scoop) of powder in 250 ml of water, milk or other liquid daily.
Recommended dosage
On training days, take 1 dose after training. On non-training days, take 1 dose at any time during the day.
Storage
Store in a dry place at a temperature of up to 25 °C away from direct sunlight. Protect from frost.
