Inner tubes from Dr. Sludge are an interesting option for every cyclist. The inner tube is pre-filled with a solution which, should a defect occur, seals a hole of up to 3mm by itself automatically. The solution reacts with the air, so if a hole is created through which air penetrates, the unique liquid will seal the hole. Therefore you do not have to deal with the escaping air and patch the inner tube.
