All pans and saucepans in this set have a new, non-stick Titanium Excellence inner-surface with a mineral base and a Thermo-Spot temperature indicator to indicate optimum cooking temperature. An exceptionally strong Induction base for these pans features a stainless steel disc to guarantee perfect heat distribution, deformation resistance and even cooking.
The uniqueness of this set also consists of a removable handle to allow the dishes to be put in the oven and, last but not least, to save storage space. These pans can be used for gas, electric and glass ceramic stoves and even for induction, in addition to ovens of all kinds. The set also includes plastic lids, a slice, and the removable handle.
