The walls are high enough for safe frying with up to 2 litres of oil, and when used as a pot or pan, it makes a convenient, high container for safe mixing of ingredients without spilling. The insulated walls protect your hands from dangerous burns.
The technology applied in this multi-functional pot assures even temperature distribution even with a minimum of oil. This is due to the reinforced walls and bottom, which have built-in heaters. The thermostat is located near the heating elements to prevent burning of the oil, and far enough to recognize the moment of achieving the desired oil temperature throughout the whole container.
