The AlzaErgo Table ET1 Essential height-adjustable desk comes with an AlzaErgo desktop in a white oak finish, measuring 140 × 80 × 1.8cm. The board is made from high-quality E1 class chipboard and its edges are protected by PVC strips, which contributes to its long life and greater durability for everyday use. The surface is resistant to impacts, scratches, abrasion, and stains, and is also very easy to maintain—it can be cleaned with common cleaning agents without any worries. The desktop does not come pre-drilled, but the screws are included in the package, so you can handle the assembly with common tools (e.g., a screwdriver, tape measure, and possibly a cordless drill for pre-drilling the holes).

You can easily change the position of the AlzaErgo Table ET1 Essential using the push-button control panel with a display that shows the current height and other supplementary information. It features a practical timer to remind you to change your working position, allowing you to fully dedicate yourself to your work while also ensuring regular movement. There is also a memory function to store three of the most-used heights. You only need to set the manual height once, save it, and then you don't have to worry about it for future adjustments. There is also the option to choose units (centimetres or inches).

Their noise level does not exceed 60dB, so they won't unnecessarily disturb you while you work. Simply press the desired button on the control panel, and the desk will automatically adjust to the required height. An essential safety feature is the anti-collision system with 8 levels of adjustable sensitivity, which helps prevent accidents and damage to your equipment. Moreover, the detection sensitivity can be set separately for upward and downward movement, so you can easily adapt the desk's behaviour to your needs and the surrounding space.
