PROCRAFT Cordless Plastic Welder CS40 (without battery)
The Procraft CS40 cordless plastic welder lets you efficiently repair and join plastic parts using meltable metal staples. Thanks to its 20V battery operation, it offers maximum freedom of movement when working in the workshop, garage, or even outdoors without access to the mains. The tool operates at 20W and reaches a heating temperature of up to 600°C, with the working tips heating up in just 10 seconds. This allows for fast and strong joining of cracks or breaks. The battery and charger are not included in the package.

Fast and strong welding
The welder works by melting metal staples directly into the plastic's structure, creating a mechanically durable join. The working tips heat up to operating temperature in just 10 seconds, so you can start working almost immediately. The integrated display gives you an overview of the voltage and a usage counter. A safety button prevents the tool from starting up accidentally, increasing safety during handling and transport.
Accessories and safe storage
Everything you need for the job is included in the package. It contains a set of welding staples in various shapes and diameters (0.6mm and 0.8mm) to handle different types of cracks. You also get pliers for trimming and removing excess parts of the staples and a snap-off knife. The entire set is stored in a durable plastic case, which protects the tool from damage and makes it easy to carry.
