Flame Tamer System
A metal profile is placed directly above the burners to prevent grease from dripping between the flames and catching fire. It also prevents the direct heating of the grill grate by the burner flames only at the burner point, which results in a significantly more even heating of the entire chrome-plated, enamel-coated steel grill grate. Any fat dripping from the grilled meat runs down the sides of the grill into the drip tray at the bottom of the grill.
