EINHELL XS-Case 4 diamond tile drill bits 5/6/8/10 mm, 49500404
The set of 4 EINHELL XS-Case diamond tile drill bits 49500404 offers a practical solution for the use of diamond offset drill bits in common diameters. The diamond punch is designed especially for working with extremely hard sintered tiles, porcelain, gres, marble, roof tiles, tiles and tiles. The diamond-coated tip also makes it suitable for drilling in granite. The drills are developed for dry drilling, so they do not require any additional cooling. Internal cooling gel with paraffin filling ensures long life and stable performance without overheating. The extra-thin turbo cutting edge provides excellent drilling speed and at the same time produces significantly less dust - especially when working in hard, sintered tiles. The XS-CASE is equipped with a carbon insert that securely fixes the drill bits. The handy case has a robust auto-lock closure to prevent spontaneous opening and a transparent lid for quick inspection of the contents. The 4-piece diamond set is ideal for renovations, DIY and professional work - including tiling and flooring.

Recommended way of using drills
The diamond segment has a height of 10 mm and a thickness of 0.5 mm, which ensures long service life and high cutting performance - also suitable for professional use. Thanks to the E 6.3 shank, the drills are compatible with standard chucks of cordless screwdrivers and drills. Hexagonal shank prevents rotation in the chuck. For best results, the manufacturer recommends drilling without tapping, with high pressure, in 1st gear and a maximum of 400 rpm. /min. To start drilling accurately, it is recommended to start drilling at a slight angle to prevent the drill bit from sliding on the surface.
