The MADISON positionable grill with a solid cast iron grill pan allows horizontal and vertical grilling or barbecuing. The cast-iron grill pan emits a steady radiant heat when heated, allowing even grilling. By simply flipping the grill over, you get a grill area with rear heating, especially suitable for grilling or roasting chicken. The resulting juices drip into the folding surface rather than into the hot coals, helping to make grilling healthier. With vertical grilling, fuel can be continuously added without having to handle the grill.
