Tisztelt Alza! Előrendeltünk 2 darab Company of Heroes 3 Launch edition játékot Önöktől. Kérdésünk: hogyan lehetséges az hogy a többi cég meg tudja oldani, hogy a megjelenés napján az ügyfél kezében legyen az adott játék, míg Önök nem. Ez lenne az Launch day lényege, hogy úgy oldják meg a beszerzést és a kiszállítást, hogy az ügyfél ne más platformot (pl digitális) válasszon a beszerzésre. Írom ezt annak fényében, hogy az egyiket már tavaly szeptemberben kifizettük és a 2 megrendelés 2 születésnapot is érint. Eléggé félrevezető volt a termék. Azt javaslom az összes előrendelhető játékhoz azt írják ki, hogy várható megjelenés az erdeti időponthoz képest +1 hét. Ami még fokozza, hogy a telefonba azt mondták, hogy még Magyarországon sincsen + a házhozszállítás miatt nem is lehet átütni személyes átvételre. Várnék valamilyen konstruktív megoldást a problémára. Ha a személyes átvétel mégis megoldható lenne (előbb mint a jelzett február 28.), akkor elszaladnánk érte.
