The CyberPower UT650EG backup power supply with line-interactive topology provides reliable protection for your home and office electronics. With an apparent power of 650VA and a real power of 360W, this line-interactive UPS is designed to power computers, network storage, and other sensitive equipment. Under a 90W load, it keeps connected devices running for 16 minutes, giving you plenty of time to save your work. Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) actively stabilises mains fluctuations without unnecessarily draining the battery. In addition, GreenPower UPS technology reduces energy consumption and contributes to a longer battery life. This AVR backup power supply thus combines efficient operation with comprehensive protection. The power supply has a compact Tower design, making it easy to place on a desk or in tight spaces. LED indicators on the front panel show the power status and operating mode.
The line-interactive topology of the CyberPower UT650EG backup power supply actively responds to changes in the mains and delivers a stable 230V output voltage. It provides an apparent power of 650VA and a real power of 360W to power your IT equipment. The AVR function corrects undervoltage and overvoltage in the 165V to 290V range without needing to switch to battery power, saving battery capacity for a complete outage. The backup time is 16 minutes at 90W and 3 minutes at a 200W load. The power supply also supports power from an external generator to extend the backup time.
The integrated battery typically recharges to full capacity in 6 hours and supports starting the device without mains power, known as a cold start. Several safety features protect connected devices. The surge protection absorbs 150J of energy and is complemented by an EMI/RFI filter, which effectively suppresses electromagnetic and high-frequency interference. This contributes to a clean power supply and stable operation for sensitive electronics. The power supply also includes overload protection, which disconnects the device if limits are exceeded.
The patented GreenPower UPS technology uses a bypass circuit that reduces energy consumption and limits heat generation. The lower operating temperature helps to extend the life of the internal battery. The manufacturer specifies operating conditions within a temperature range of 0 to 40°C and a relative humidity of 0 to 90% without condensation. For connecting appliances, there are three Schuko output sockets, which are compatible with standard plugs in the UK and other European countries. All three sockets provide both battery backup and full surge protection. Data and telephone line protection is handled by pass-through RJ-45 and RJ-11 ports. These ports protect network cards, modems, or faxes from damage caused by voltage spikes in data cables. The data transfer speed on the protected Ethernet network reaches up to 1Gbps, so the protection does not limit network performance.
