Logitech RS50 System Trackwheel Bundle for PlayStation/PC
Logitech RS50 System Trackwheel Bundle for PlayStation/PC
The Logitech RS50 System Trackwheel Bundle for PlayStation/PC is designed for controlling racing simulators on personal computers and select gaming consoles. This gaming set combines the RS50 Base with direct drive, the RS Wheel Hub adapter, and the RS Round Wheel rim into a single functional unit. It faithfully transmits force feedback effects from the virtual vehicle directly to the user via integrated TRUEFORCE technology. The package also includes all the accessories needed to mount the system on a simulation rig or a desk. The construction uses low-carbon aluminium and recycled plastics.
Key features of the Logitech RS50 System Trackwheel Bundle for PlayStation/PC
- Direct drive provides up to 8Nm of torque
- TRUEFORCE technology converts in-game data into realistic haptic feedback
- Plug-and-play system includes a base, adapter and round wheel
- Rotation angle reaches up to 2700°
- Integrated quick release for easy mounting
Direct drive
The system uses a motor with a direct connection to the steering wheel shaft, without any gears or belts. This provides an instant transfer of force feedback from the game environment. The base generates up to 8Nm of torque. This gives you more precise control over the vehicle in corners and on uneven surfaces. The design prevents losses in mechanical gears and increases control sensitivity.
TRUEFORCE technology
The advanced haptic feedback system processes data directly from the game's physics engine. It then converts this information into vibrations and tactile sensations in real time. The technology transmits engine and road surface vibrations with high frequency. This lets you feel tyre behaviour and changes in adhesion. The system is supported by most modern racing titles on the market.
Steering wheel construction
The set includes the aluminium RS Wheel Hub and the 291mm diameter RS Round Wheel rim. The hub contains paddle shifters that let you change gears quickly. The components have a low total weight, enabling fast reactions when turning. The 36mm deep rim helps you maintain a firm grip while driving. You can easily mount the system on a desk or gaming stand.
System compatibility
The set offers wide connectivity options for gaming devices. It supports gaming consoles and personal computers with the Windows operating system. The device works in plug-and-play mode without complex setup. To take full advantage of its features, the system requires a game that supports Logitech force feedback. A list of compatible titles can be found on the manufacturer's support website.
Expansion options
The base and steering wheel form the foundation of the gaming ecosystem. You can gradually add other accessories to the setup. The quick-release system makes it easy to swap different wheels and accessories from the RS and PRO series. This lets you customise your gaming cockpit for specific types of racing disciplines. Connecting other peripheral devices is done via standard ports.
