Each of the two stainless steel probes is equipped with sophisticated dual-sensing technology. While the tip of the probe measures the internal temperature at the core of the meat in a range from -10°C to 100°C with a professional accuracy of ±1°C, the back of the probe continuously monitors the ambient climate in the grill or oven up to 300°C. This comprehensive overview gives you complete confidence that your meat is not being exposed to heat that is too intense or insufficient.
The free mobile app is your digital assistant
Connecting to your smartphone opens the door to convenient cooking without constantly running back and forth.
