Brushless Motor for High Performance
At the heart of the CAT DX7020B cordless impact wrench is a modern brushless motor that offers up to 30% more power, up to 50% more efficiency and up to 10× longer life than conventional brushed motors. The maximum tightening torque reaches 700Nm, while the loosening torque is up to 880Nm.
Four DRIVE CONTROL Modes
The CAT DX7020B is equipped with four DRIVE CONTROL system modes that allow you to adapt the speed and power to the specific type of work. It also includes an auto mode for controlled tightening and loosening of screws.
- 1st gear – 0–1,400rpm, 0–1,500ipm, tightening and loosening torque up to 350Nm
- 2nd gear – 0–2,000rpm, 0–2,300ipm, tightening and loosening torque up to 450Nm
- 3rd gear – 0–2,400rpm, 0–2,800ipm, tightening torque up to 800Nm, loosening torque up to 1,000Nm
- Auto – 0–2,400rpm, 0–2,800ipm, automatic tightening control, loosening torque up to 1,000Nm
