JUKL Ovary Tea 100 g is a traditional herbal blend that has been developed to support the normal function of the female reproductive system and help maintain hormonal balance during the menstrual cycle. This loose tea combines multiple herbs used in traditional herbalism to support well-being during the menstrual cycle and normal ovarian function, and may also contribute to comfort during "those days".
Ingredients
Contryhel, Horsetail, Beet, Deafness, Raspberry, Strawberry.
Recommended dosage
2-3 times a day, ideally on an empty stomach or between meals, and one packet usually corresponds to about one month of regular drinking.
Preparation
Pour 250 ml of hot water over 1-2 teaspoons of the mixture, cover and leave to infuse for about 10-15 minutes, then strain and drink warm or slightly lukewarm. The tea is always prepared fresh to preserve the full effect of the herbs.
