The SALOOS Lavender essential oil is ideal for use in air humidifiers, aromatherapy lamps or as a bath additive. It can also be used during massages or in the sauna. Thanks to its 100% natural composition, it is very gentle on the skin. It boasts disinfectant and regenerative effects, relieves headaches and helps with migraines. Suitable for use with respiratory diseases. The SALOOS Lavender essential oil features distilled oils from the Lavandula Angustifolia plant, from the rare Maillette variety. Its delicate fragrance has a beneficial effect on the mind, helping to promote overall relaxation and alleviate feelings of anxiety. Use:
Inhalation: Add 2 to 8 drops of the 100% essential oil to an aromatherapy lamp or diffuser, depending on its intensity and the size of the room, or apply a few drops to a paper tissue and inhale the fragrance directly.
Massage: Create your own personal massage oil by mixing the essential oil with 50ml of a carrier oil. The recommended concentration of the essential oil is from 0.5% (approximately 4 drops) to 3% (24 drops), depending on the desired fragrance intensity and individual preference.
Bath: Mix 3 to 6 drops in a carrier base, e.g. 1dl of milk, a spoonful of honey or a carrier oil, and add to your bath.
